THE CHALLENGE
Design a greeting card which will bring JOY to whoever receives it!
So think colourful, happy, bright, joyful art! Your artwork needs to be 15cm x 15cm using paint, pens, crayons, pencils…anything.
We’ll choose 6 winning designs to be made into charity greeting cards. We’ll sell them at our markets, shop and online with all money raised going to Michael’s House Hostel, who support the homeless in Bournemouth.
Just remember it needs to be flat (so it can be printed) and avoid using glitter or metallic colours – as these don’t reprint very well.
THE PRIZE The winning artist will win a pot of Unicorn Milk Paint + a watercolour palette donated by Stuart Semple from Culture Hustle PLUS 10 cards of their work.
5 runner ups will each win a £5 gift voucher for Artcetera Art Shop, Bournemouth PLUS 10 cards of their art.
TO ENTER Upload a photo of the artwork on instagram or facebook using the hashtag #artykidsinlockdown and make sure you tag @southcoastmakersmarket HOWEVER, if you’re social media pages are set to ‘private’ then we won’t be able to see it. If that’s you, please also send email us a copy of the image. We’ll then share it onto the #hashtag from our page. If you’re ok to be tagged in it, please let us know in your email.
Good news…….entries are unlimited + open TO ALL KIDS IN THE UK.
