The South Coast Makers Shop is in the centre of Bournemouth and has a curated range of handpicked goods and gifts from a wide range of local and UK based makers and producers.
What we do
South Coast Makers Market launched in 2018 as Bournemouth’s independent, curated monthly makers market.
Since then we’ve created a wide range of support + opportunities for makers including pop up shops, night markets, markets at Camp Bestival, House of Vans, Arts by the Sea and many local events, a locals loyalty card, and an online curated directory.
All of this experimentation has been a huge adventure and we’re now focused on growing our permanent, high-street shop which is open 7 days a week in the basement of Bobby’s Bournemouth.
